Empty all wastebaskets and other trash receptacles, wiping and relining them (liners to be supplied by the customer).
Remove all trash from floors to designated trash areas.
Dust windowsills.
All desk tops if required will be wiped down.
All phones will be sanitized and disinfected.
All file cabinets will be dusted off, as well as office machinery.
Dust exposed baseboards and/or baseboard heaters.
Spot clean glass doors and or glass partitions (IN/OUT).
BATHROOM
Sanitize and disinfect the entire bathroom.
Wash down all of the tile in bathtub.
Wash down faucet, fixtures, sink and all bright work.
Glass enclosure inside and out.
Mirror of medicine cabinet.
Wash down faucet fixtures and sink.
Sweeping and mopping of the floors.
PAYMENT: Payment is due upon completion and includes all applicable taxes. Payment shall be left in an envelope on the kitchen counter on the day of your scheduled service.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES IN SCHEDULE: In the event you wish to change or cancel your scheduled date for services, we ask that you provide us with at least with 24 hours prior notice to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee.
