Had a great experience with Regina’s Maids over the weekend. Booked an appointment earlier in the week and 2 cleaners showed up on Saturday and did a phenomenal job cleaning up the condo. Very meticulous and brought all the supplies needed to clean the place up. Vacuumed, dusted, mopped and scrubbed the bathrooms thoroughly. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others. Very reasonably priced.

Once again, Regina’s maids has done an amazing job and the customer service is excellent! I have used them for years at work and found I was in need of service in my own home. I contacted them and after the friendly chat I have enjoyed for years when I book, we scheduled service. Just WOW! My house is immaculate and I am very particular about my cleaning! I have never seen my tub so spotless. The workers were professional, hard working, courteous and obviously fantastic at their job. Afterwards, I received a follow up call to say they were finished and had left. I had left specific instructions regarding items that needed extra attention and they were better than I could have expected – in addition to the basic cleaning being anything but basic…more like extraordinary. Thank you Jose and Regina’s maids staff. Satisfied again and can now recommend based on my personal home experience in addition to my employer experience.

I recently moved from Hoboken to Downtown Jersey City and the place I moved into was left a dirty mess from previous tenants. The landlord couldn’t get someone to come with such short notice and neither could my regular cleaners so I found Reginas from a friend who had used them before and was somewhat satisfied. I have to admit I was a little reticent considering the reviews on here. I spoke with Donna and told her I was concerned about the negative reviews. She told me that she just bought the company and it is under new ownership/management. Fair enough I gave them a shot.
They sent 2 girls to clean my 1 bed 900 square foot apartment. I didn’t meet them because I was at work when they came, but they did an awesome job of cleaning what was a filthy apartment. I ordered the “deep cleanse” and it was worth it. All the crevices clean, all the dust gone, hardwood polished, tops of fans done. I was definitely satisfied with the service and the price.
Since they did such a good job, the next day I had them go over to the condo in Hoboken and clean that out completely so the realtor could show it to potential buyers. I requested the same girls and they did another great job.
I can’t speak for the negative reviews on this company but I can say that my experience with using Reginas twice has been professional, efficient, and pleasant. I’m giving 5 stars because I couldn’t have asked for more and appreciate a new owner who is trying to turn the company around. Thanks!
