Each cleaning is performed with two service providers, all the necessary cleanings supplies and equipment to ensure a sanitized healthy environment for you, your family and pets.
We provide a safe and secure key lock box system for the convenience of our professional clients, that are unable to be present for the cleanings. Being present or providing a key is a personal optional choice of yours ~ we are all about the conveniences to serve our clients.

Kitchen
In the kitchen, we sanitize all countertops, clean the exterior of the cabinets, clean and sanitize faucet fixtures and sinks, clean the range hood of the stove along with the top and face of the stove, clean the microwave, and empty the trash bins. Upon request, the inside of the refrigerator and oven can be included at a minimal charge.
Bathroom
In your bathroom, we sanitize and disinfect the entire room. We clean the tile in the bathtub and scrub the tub. Our staff cleans all interior and exterior surfaces such as glass shower doors, mirrors of the medicine cabinet or vanity, and faucet fixtures and sinks. We also sweep and mop the floor.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, we dust all furniture, and exposed baseboards. We vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hardwood floor surfaces. Regina’s Maids also changes the linens upon request.
Hallways, Living or Family Rooms, and Dining Rooms
We dust all furniture, blinds or verticals, ceiling fans, frames, and artwork. Our team wipes down window sills, removes cobwebs, and cleans exposed baseboards. We vacuum carpets or rugs and sweep and mop hardwood floor surfaces.
Additional add on services include the following for an additional charge with advanced notice: cleaning your garage, porch, or deck; cleaning your basement; and organizing items such as toys, papers, and clothing.
