We gladly customize service, several visits per week, weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, monthly, or on an as needed basis.
Each cleaning is typically performed with two service providers, all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a sanitized healthy environment for your employees and clients.

Lobby and Reception Area
In the lobby and reception area, we dust windowsills and ledges, the tops of doors and doorframes, blinds or verticals, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and exposed baseboards. We remove cobwebs and clean light switch plates. Our staff sanitizes all surfaces in the reception area. We clean glass surfaces including mirrors, windows, and doors. Our team also removes and replaces trash receptacles throughout the building.
Restrooms
In restrooms, we clean and disinfect sinks, faucet fixtures, and toilets. We make sure chrome surfaces shine. Our team will spot clean the walls and dust baseboards. We clean mirrors, wipe down cabinets and drawers, and dust any exposed areas. We refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
Kitchen or Break Area
In the kitchen or break area, we clean and sanitize all countertops, sinks, and faucets. We wipe down both the inside and outside of the microwave and wipe the exterior of the refrigerator. Regina’s Maids also cleans any furniture in the room along with the front of vending machines or water coolers.
Hallways and Public Areas
Our staff cleans and sanitizes public drinking fountains and cleans floors by vacuuming carpeted areas and sweeping and mopping hardwood floor surfaces. If there are stairs in the building, we vacuum carpeted stairs and landings and dust handrails. We also clean light switch plates and door handles and wipe down pantries.
