  • How We Operate
    We work in a team of two service providers & supply all cleaning products & equipment. Arrival Time is a Window of Time Between 8:30am-11:30am or Between 11:30am-2:30pm
  • Access to Enter
    If no one can be present, it can be arranged 1. Key Arrangement 2. Concierge (PTE) 3. Lock Box Code
  • Scheduling
    We can customize to your needs. Please be clear in communicating any specific requests. Basic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move in/out, Post Construction, etc. Fridge or Oven Cleaning are upon request, not standard in a basic cleaning. Any pets, any valuables, collector’s items, heirlooms, please be Informative.
  • Cleanings
    We clean all areas according to Your Specific Requests within our scope. We can clean underneath furniture that is easily accessible ~ We do not move furniture due to liability matters. Mini blinds are fragile and break easily; we will lightly dust them; we do not remove or scrub. We change bed linens upon request. Please leave the replacement at the foot of the bed, we’ll do the rest. We do not provide laundry service; however, we can fold laundry upon request. We can hand-wash dishes or load a dishwasher, but request fragile items be removed. Shower curtains are typically washable, liners are disposable-we do not wash either; however, we will gladly hang a laundered or new one. Move Out Cleanings typically consist of discarding any personal/household belongings left in the home unless otherwise instructed. Please be certain to advise if anything specific should Not be discarded.
  • Payment
    Due Day of Service - A Credit Card is required upon scheduling an appointment. Payment can be made by check or cash on the day of service. If no payment is made, the credit card provided will be charged. Any bounced check will incur a fee & any declined credit card transaction will incur a fee if payment is not provided within 5 business days from service date.
  • Gratuity
    Strongly suggested & greatly appreciated. Gratuity can be given in cash or check; it cannot be added to a credit card payment.
  • Cancellation Policy
    We are very accommodating with schedule changes however a 48 Hour Notice (2 Business Days) is required to avoid a cancellation fee of $60.
  • Recurring Service
    Once the initial cleaning is completed, we can provide a fixed rate for recurring service, determined by the amount of time required & frequency of your preferred schedule. In our extensive years of experience, no two homes or businesses are considered the same, regardless of square footage or number of bedrooms/bathrooms. Your recurring cost will be determined by your specific requirements.
